Since I have started Without Dash, I have met a lot of wonderful and inspiring women. I write about things that I have learned of life and I hope that it helps other women, but in the meantime I learn so many things myself from other women.
A great inspiration is Christine. Christine is a certified life coach for women and has two sites on the topic: Girltime Coaching and Live Passionately. The sites are really worth checking out and subscribing to. Besides blogging she writes articles for various newspapers and magazines i.e., Posh Mama.com, Reuters, Chicago Sun, Women’s Diet and Fitness, Family Disney and Chic Galleria.com.
I can’t help but being excited that she agreed to write an article for Without Dash about embracing self care. I know that I can learn something from that, because I do tend to put the need of everybody else before my own (not without expecting some pity as well). A friend told me once not to try being a martyr all the time. So, Christine’s article really hit home.
Are you as excited as I am? Are you curious on how to embrace self care? Check out the next post on Without Dash or subscribe to get the article delivered to you by email.

I am excited. Self care is very important. It’s a shame that so many women struggle making time for it.
